Tech Bits
This site runs on Drupal, an open-source content management system in use on a wide variety of small and large webs sites. We've added a number of third-party and custom modules.
Theme Design
The site theme is based on Tapestry, designed by RoopleTheme.com, who provide lovely Drupal themes. We've customized it but it was pretty close to what we wanted at the time. If you want high-quality themes for your Drupal site, you should drop by RoopleTheme.com.
