Angelle Sampey Burnout

Friday qualifying is always entertaining. After sunset, the second qualifying session for the Nitro cars features 5 foot flames shooting out the exhaust. The view is simply spectacular.

The temperature was cooler than normal and times and speeds were good.

Pro Stock is always fun to watch. The cars resemble those you see on the street, and they put on a good show with smoky burnouts and dramatic wheelies off the line. The racing is very competitive and fun to watch.
