CRG - Constructors Racing Group Levers

I just received a set of controls from CRG - Constructors Racing Group for evaluation. The levers are the black models and standard length. I will be installing and testing these on my CBR954RR as soon as possible.

When is a Limo Too Big?

Now this is the way to roll over to Disney Land. It might be ridiculous but it sure catches attention.

Too Big?: Nothing quite like a Hummer H2 SUT stretch Limo.

On the road to Montana

I'm on the road to Montana for a photo shoot. In a minivan, unfortunately. Too much gear, wrong bike for the job.

Highway 80
Highway 80

Leaving Reno on 80 east, we see Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) and sheriff cars everywhere. On a twenty mile stretch outside of sparks, dozens of patrol cars - and along the highway, we see at least seven 'enforcement actions' - people pulled over at the side of the road - in every case, two or three NHP vehicles ("back up"). One incident had a guy with a small rented U-Haul trailer being frisked by NHP.

Back from Street Vibrations 2006

We got back to Jackson at about 7pm tonight. It was a good ride, a bit cold up at the top of 88 (near the lakes) but warmed up as I dropped to lower elevations. (Stupid me, left my heavy gloves in the motorhome with our 'support crew'.)

I'll be uploading new photos and story items as time permits over the next few days. The photo gallery (which has a few dozen photos at present) can be found here.

Reno here we come!

I prepared my bike and I for the upcoming Street Vibrations event, which I have done in the past on my Harley, but this year I am making the trek on my new mount, the 06 Hayabusa Limited. I am hoping to find other fellow sport bike fans to ride some of the rides with and would love to hear from you.

Street Vibrations 2006 in Reno, Nevada

We're attending Street Vibrations in Reno this year. We'll be riding up 88 the morning of Thursday, Sept. 21, and taking a bunch more photos than on our previous visit. We'll be there for the entire event, and hope to provide daily updates here (if we can find a good internet connection.)

Update: Check out the Street Vibrations photo gallery with recent photos!
